Plyometrics, also known as "jump training" or "plyos", are exercises in which muscles exert maximum force in short intervals of time, with the goal of increasing power (speed-strength).
Tabata Ladies Class
Tabata training, also known as the Tabata Protocol, is new type of high intensity interval training designed to get your heart rate up in that very hard anaerobic zone for short periods of time.
Tabata training follows a specific format: 20 seconds of a very high intensity exercise (e.g., sprints) 10 seconds of rest.

Ladies kickboxing
Cardio Kickboxing is a fusion of boxing, martial arts and aerobics usually done rhythmically to music. Offering an intense cross-training and total-body workout it utilizes the training routines used by combat athletes in martial arts, boxing and kickboxing.
BLT and Core
The body conditioning routine that will help build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, and developing a strong core or center, and improving coordination and balance.
